Lively animation team, professional and nice. Many buildings, 3 swimming pools including aquapark. Beautiful gardens with flowers and trees. Perfect spa with reasonable prices.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The Animation team made my stay memorable with their lively, energetic, and professional performances. The hotel itself is quite big with multiple buildings, and it offers three swimming pools. The quiet pool has a stunning mountain view, there is an aquapark pool, and the big pool is packed with games and fun activities. The beautifully landscaped gardens with abundant flowers and trees added to the charm. The spa services were top-notch and reasonably priced. I indulged in a spa package twice and had an amazing time. Additionally, the all-inclusive drinks were satisfactory in terms of quality.

Enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the convenient location near the city center. the staff was friendly and accommodating. One impressive feature is the high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.
The noise from the street and neighboring businesses, especially at night, can be disruptive to sleep. the room was a bit small and could have used more space for storage.

Food was good with a big variety and inclusive always helpful. The beach was close and the price for transport was reasonable.
The hotel was not clean, and the rooms were not well maintained. The other guests were a bit too loud and some staff members were unhelpful, which made the experience quite uncomfortable.

This hotel offers luxury amenities that exceeded my expectations. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were top-notch, providing exclusive facilities for relaxation. the swimming pool is absolutely stunning, surrounded by a beautiful garden area that provided a serene atmosphere. the room advantages were outstanding, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the restaurant was amazing, with an excellent buffet breakfast that had a wide variety of delicious choices. The private facilities were exclusive and provided a pampering experience that made me feel like a VIP. Cons: Despite the luxurious experience, the location of the hotel was a bit far from the beach, which can be a drawback for those who prefer beach access.
